Dr. Watson holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and brings more than two decades of executive and systems-level experience working within complex human environments.

She has served as Director of Special Education in California, SELPA Principal, and systems lead responsible for large-scale behavioral implementation and organizational decision structures. Her work has centered on high-stakes environments requiring clarity under pressure and disciplined response architecture.

Her training integrates behavioral science, negotiation strategy, cognitive pattern analysis, and advanced training in trauma-informed systems and stress-response architecture. She also holds certifications in AI behavioral ethics, neurodiversity systems application, and applied NLP frameworks.

Dr. Watson’s professional focus is behavioral architecture — the design of structured psychological systems that reduce reactivity, strengthen decision stability, and improve institutional resilience in volatile environments.
